• implant placement lateral to the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) canal;
• transposition of the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) with augmentation and simultaneous implants placement;
• guided bone regeneration (GBR) by means of titanium mesh and onlay autologous block bone grafts (AOBG) for horizontal and vertical augmentation.
